We don't cover customer taxes and import fees at this time.

We are not responsible for lost packages due to mistyped addresses.

We cannot guarantee shipping times due to delays with customs, holidays or natural events.

Allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and shipped from our facility (3-5 days during sales and product launches) unless your shipping option guarantees same-day shipping.

Orders made late Thursday Evening and Friday are normally shipped out the following Monday.

Return & Refund policy

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. To request a return, please contact The Post House within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must be undamaged, unworn, and unused, with all original tags attached.

For damaged or defective items, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. We may ask you to provide photos or other information to help us assess the issue.

Once we receive your return or refund request, we will contact the relevant supplier and guide you through the next steps. All returns and refunds are subject to the applicable supplier’s return policy and approval.
