We don't cover customer taxes and import fees at this time.

We are not liable for incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. No refunds will be provided if an incorrect address is submitted. Please make sure all your shipping details are correct before processing your order. If wrong address is provided, shipping costs to resend will be 100% customer responsibility. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages, tracking will be provided always.

Return & Refund policy

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. To request a return, please contact The Post House within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must be undamaged, unworn, and unused, with all original tags attached.

For damaged or defective items, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. We may ask you to provide photos or other information to help us assess the issue.

Once we receive your return or refund request, we will contact the relevant supplier and guide you through the next steps. All returns and refunds are subject to the applicable supplier’s return policy and approval.
