This classic satchel is carefully handmade in England from the finest quality leather, using traditional British expert craftsmanship.
The matching colour cable stitching and the silver nickel buckles give it that perfect finish. This timeless satchel is big on style; it can be used as a shoulder and a cross-body bag and comes with an adjustable cross-body / shoulder strap.

You can personalise your bag by adding a top handle, magnetic fastenings instead of buckles and even backpack straps. Add a strap slider to make carrying your satchel more comfortable, request a shorter strap or have your name laser engraved onto your satchel in a choice of 4 fonts. Models shown with a 16'' Satchel with added top handle & magnetic fasteners and a standard 14.5'' Black Satchel with no extra add-ons. Your bag, your size, your way. All of our satchels are unisex.
Please note that only the 13", 14.5", and 16" satchels also come with the front stitched cardholder pocket. The Black Handmade Leather Satchel can also be used as a laptop bag and will accommodate the following sized tablets and laptops:

Return & Refund policy

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all tags and original packaging intact.

Once your return request has been approved, the item must be returned within 14 days of approval.

To request a return, please contact The Post House with your order number and the reason for your request. We will review your request and provide the relevant return instructions.

Please do not send any items back before your return has been approved.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Prepaid return labels are not provided.

Original shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or defective, please contact The Post House within 2 days of delivery.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs showing the damage or defect.

Once your claim has been reviewed, an appropriate resolution may be offered, including a replacement, repair, partial refund, or full refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable consumer law.

International Returns

For orders shipped internationally, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, and similar charges paid by the customer are generally non-refundable.

Additional customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees incurred when a returned item enters the UK may be deducted from the refund where applicable and permitted by law.
