Return & Refund policy
We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all tags and original packaging intact.
Once your return request has been approved, the item must be returned within 14 days of approval.
To request a return, please contact The Post House with your order number and the reason for your request. We will review your request and provide the relevant return instructions.
Please do not send any items back before your return has been approved.

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Prepaid return labels are not provided.
Original shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or defective, please contact The Post House within 2 days of delivery.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs showing the damage or defect.
Once your claim has been reviewed, an appropriate resolution may be offered, including a replacement, repair, partial refund, or full refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable consumer law.

International Returns
For orders shipped internationally, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, and similar charges paid by the customer are generally non-refundable.
Additional customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees incurred when a returned item enters the UK may be deducted from the refund where applicable and permitted by law.
Please be aware that international returns may be subject to additional charges and processing requirements.

Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method, where applicable. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
Any applicable deductions, including non-refundable original shipping charges or return-related customs fees, will be communicated where relevant and applied in accordance with applicable law.

Non-Returnable Items
Custom-made or personalised products cannot be returned unless they are faulty or otherwise eligible for a remedy under applicable consumer law.
Items damaged through misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return under this policy.
